We just got back from our friend’s new Resto Bar, and it was excellent. Really nice environment and right on the water in Sainte-Anne’s. The food was great and we will definitely be back for more. This was just a “soft opening” for friends and family to come and check it out, and to critique it all. It will be fully open to the public starting on Tuesday.

A friend of ours is opening a new bar/restaurant today in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, right next door to Annie’s. It’s called Johnny’s Tapas & Grill, and I know it will be a great place to hang-out. I am getting really tired of the weather this summer. It started off hot and humid, but not overly sunny. For the last month, we have had more rain than sun and even on the dry days, it’s still been fairly cloudy. It’s August 6th, and I’m still as white as I was in the middle of winter! I’m hoping that we’ll at least have some nice weather for the rest of the summer, although the long term forecast does show rain every day for the next week.
