Another Fine Day

I’m just sitting here this morning looking out my window at a beautiful day. We had almost no summer here in Montreal this year with lots of cloudy skies and rain, and very very few nice days. These last couple of weeks have been great, but it really is too little too late.

Since Colin won’t be making it over today, I have another friend who called me last night and will be dropping over for some fun this afternoon. He’s actually coming over to help Danny re-hang stuff on the walls and then I’ll be giving him his “payment”

We’re having a big house party on Saturday to celebrate my birthday (which is next Wednesday). We got rid of all the kids for the night, so it will get a bit crazy! They’ll be about 40 people over, so Danny is starting the food preparation today, and we’ll get everything set up tomorrow. A birthday is always a great excuse to party!
