Once again, I spent three full hours getting ready for Andrew to come over. He had confirmed twice he would be here, and had all my contact information, including my phone number and e-mail addresses. Not only that, he is also a member over on the Semi-Public Sex website, so has access to me there too.
He was supposed to be here at 1:00, and again, I did all my self-cleaning prep work. Set up the lights, made up the bed, and all those little things to get ready. I started getting ready at 9:30 this morning to have everything done and ready. Then I sat…and waited…and waited! Not a call, not an e-mail, not a message. Again, my entire day has been wasted by yet another totally inconsiderate person. I could have worked on my sites, shot some other content, even had someone else over for some fun. I also could have been doing the work on my house that needs to be done, but no, I just wasted yet another day of my life.
My new rule is no second chances, no matter what the excuse is! And I have heard ALL the excuses. I must be bad luck, as over ten guys that were supposed to shoot with me over the past couple of years have had car accidents on their way here! Five different guys had their mother die the same day we were supposed to shoot! One guy even had his Grandmother die twice…for two different shoots three months apart! REALLY!
My problem really is the lack of understanding and consideration. It takes just a second to call me and let me know. But, anyone who does cancel on me at the last minute will NEVER get the chance again…even if your mother really did die! I understand it happening once in a while, it even happens to me once or twice a year when my young son gets sick and stays home from school. Then again, that hasn’t even happened in close to two years.
I really don’t know what to do. I don’t understand the mind of a person who treats people in that way. What can someone do?

It reminds me of how some guys like to pick up girls at a bar and get their phone number. Then they promise to call but never do. Perhaps there is a bit of the same going on here. Once those get the “promise of sex with Carol Cox,” they figure it’s good enough and they chalk it up in whatever pathetic mental scoreboard they are keeping. Any girl will tell you that a guy who has your number, promises to call but never does is a jerk.
I don’t really know where I’m going with this, as I don’t know what to say that could possibly help. It took me a long time before I finally told you one day that I’d come meet you at the bar, but when I did tell you, I also came to the bar and had an excellent evening.

Well, it’s terrible. For sure. But I don’t think it’s as simple as someone not showing up as in any other appointment. I am NOT defending these losers, but my guess is that they are sneaking around on someone, something etc. and not telling CC the real truth about their situation and then REAL LIFE comes into play and they are petrified of getting found out, etc. – about the double life they are leading. Not everyone is as open as Carol and Danny are about their sexual lives. That being said, don’t make appointments in the first place then!
My biggest worry is that Carol doesn’t lose her enthusiasm and zest for things. That would be downright tragic!

Didnt Klinger use all those excuses on MASH? Mother died last year, father died last year, mother AND father die, mother dying and older sister pregnant, and here’s an oldie but a goodie, half the family dying, other half pregnant. Colonel Blake heard them all. Don’t sweat it Carol, its their loss.

Michael, Klinger was on MASH – he was the soldier who used to dress in women’s clothing. On one episode (during the first 3 seasons with Colonel Blake) he walks into Blake’s office in tears, with a letter, about someone dying back home, and Blake pulls out a file folder full of similar letters with all the excuses. And yes, on Kotter, epstein was the one with notes signed “epstein’s mother’s doctor” etc….
