Now for my bitch! Yesterday morning, at 4:05AM, our power went out. Our whole neighbourhood was down! We couldn’t get through to the power company until 11:00 in the morning and just got a recorded message about “equipment failure”. The power finally came up later in the afternoon. By that time, the temperature in our house had dropped to 66 degrees and was starting to feel a bit chilly. On top of that, my young son wasn’t feeling well, so I kept him home from school.
I had a fun little shoot planned with Benjy, and I had no way to get hold of him! All his contact information was on my computer, which I couldn’t get to. So he did show up, but we couldn’t do anything and have to reschedule. I felt really bad as he came from downtown to meet me.
This afternoon, Jacques is stopping by for a fun little quickie. I’ll let you know how it went after he leaves 🙂
