WOW! this has been a long, long week, or at least it sure felt like it. I was so busy with so many things, I lost track of all time and didn’t know if I was coming or going! At least this week is over and I can go out and have some fun this evening.
I’ll be heading over to McKibbins Irish Pub again as I did last week, for Happy Hour and beyond. I plan to get there around 6:30 and will meet up with my usual gang of drunken crazy friends. If you want to come and hang out, you are more than welcome. just click the “Meet Me” tab at the top of this page for the address and directions to the pub. I will ether be sitting in the small alcove to your extreme right as you first walk in, or in the back alcove that is behind the bar straight ahead of you as you first enter the place. I will be in one place or the other.
I’m not sure how lte we’ll be staying, probably around 9:00 or so, but i just don’t know. I may invite everyone back to my place as we just stcked up on good Rum and Vodka, as well as Ting for the mix. (Ting is a Jamaican soft drink that is grapefruit based an is amazing with Rum, Vodka and Gin. We buy a case of 24 bottles every 2 weeks). We are running low on beer, so the beer drinkers may have to pick up their own on the way over.
I do talk about going to my place after the bar quite a bit, and people asks me what happens! Truthfully, I just never know. things happen as they happen. usually, we all get back to my place and we break out the drinks and the snacks. Everyone always hangs out in the kitchen. we plug the iPod into the stereo and tend to play only Reggae, Dub, Dancehall, Rocksteady, etc. Very island! We just hang-out, drink, and get silly. About half the time, people end up in my bed having fun. The lst few times that new guys came over, my girlfriends did them in my bed! Without me! You just never know.
