I went out to the bar last night to hear my friend’s band. As usual, they were really good and had the crowd going. Unfortunately, the new guy didn’t come out to meet me as he didn’t even make it down to Montreal. Oh well, next time.

We did have a guy we had been chatting with on another site show up unexpectedly. He was a really nice guy and we are planning to get together with him for some play time. He couldn’t stay too long as he was meeting friends downtown, but he did spend a good hour chatting with us. He’s fairly new to the Swing Scene and wants to experiment, which we will gladly help him out with 😉

So not much happened last night. I flashed the camera a few times, and took just the worst pictures! (see below) We listened to the band, hung out with other people we know from the bar, and stayed until 2:30AM. It was a fun night that could’ve been even more fun if someone who wanted to play showed up. I even drove my minivan to the bar instead of my Miata, just in case I wanted to fuck someone there and then (my van has seen loads of sex)
