Some Afternoon Fun

Yes, I am upset at what just went on with selling our house, but at least I had a little afternoon fun today! We had people seeing our house between 5:00 and 6:00 so we all had to leave. One of my nearby boyfriends, Jonny,  invited us over to hang at his place while we waited, so that’s where we went. We were there only a few minutes when Jonny asked if we wanted to fool round (his words). I said sure and that I could really use the break.

We all got up to go to the other room, but I told Danny he could wait for me right there in the kitchen. I wanted my own fun. It’s okay, he’s used to me running off and playing on my own. Danny sat back down, and Jonny and I went to his room.

We just had a half hour quickie suck and fuck with him cumming in the condom while fucking me. We cleaned up, and went back to the kitchen where Danny was reading the newspaper. We stayed another 10 minutes and then left, heading back home.

At least it was a nice break from an otherwise stressful week. We’ll be hanging out at another friend’s place tomorrow from 6:30 until 8:00 as 2 more people look at our home.

Back To Square One

After 3 weeks of being screwed around by the people who had put the offer on our house, and their Realtor, we are back to the beginning! Their financing for our house did not go through, so that’s it. We have to start all over again. The big problem is that not only did they lie to us through the entire process, so did their real estate agent! I am actually thinking of reporting him to the Board due to his blatant lies and the way he misled us and our agent.

The big problem with all this is that we will now probably lose the house we wanted to buy. We can’t buy the new house without selling our current one first, so they really screwed us. Plus we went ahead and spent money on inspections and testing because we were told there would be no problem and they were fully approved by their bank. The real kicker is we haven’t even heard from their Realtor in 4 days! We found out everything fell through by calling their bank to find out what was going on as we couldn’t get hold of anyone from their side. The bank told us (well, our agent) that there was no way they could approve them due to all the discrepancies in income and other things. They even lied to the bank!

This all came to a head late yesterday, so now we are back to having to show our house again which is a real disruption. We have a showing late this afternoon, another on early Thursday evening, another on Friday morning, and on Saturday and Sunday! It all just gets in my way of both work and play.

So I am disheartened and a little bit depressed from all of this. I thought I was finally free of that stress and could concentrate on the move and the renovation and decorating for the new house. But who knows what that new house will be.
